If your Lake Anna dream property includes your own bit of paradise, I'm an expert at helping you find it. My job is to guide you to the perfect home or land property for YOU and doing whatever it takes to make it yours. My goal is seeing you and your family happily enjoying your property at Lake Anna.
Lake Anna was created in 1972, by the Dominion Power Company, by building a dam on the North Anna River at what is now the east end of Lake Anna. Resulting flooding of the North Anna and Pamunkey rivers to the west, created what is now our Lake Anna, the 2nd largest lake contained within the boundaries of Virginia.
Come and discover the many assets that Lake Anna has to offer, such as great living, boating
and over 30 species of fish. Lake Anna's 13,000 acres,
17 mile length and 250 miles of
shoreline offer spectacular living opportunities
in our many communities and non-subdivision properties around the lake, in the surrounding
countryside and surburban living in and around Fredericksburg, VA and some of our other
quaint towns and cities.
Surrounding Lake Anna attractions include camping, boat rentals, fishing guides, hiking, historic civil war sites, and our own State Park with it's visitor center, bathing beach, lake boat tours.
Lake Anna is conveniently located centrally between 3 major Virginia cities, Fredericksburg to the northeast, Richmond to the southeast and Charlottesville to the southwest. To the northwest is our quaint and historical town of Culpepper. Within a short driving distance, they offer excellent shopping, restaurants, site-seeing, a major north/south railway along with many other possibilites for your enjoyment.
